For 20 years, the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program has helped build a stronger, more resilient San Ramon Valley.

This year, we proudly celebrated two incredible milestones: the 20th anniversary of CERT and the graduation of our 100th CERT class.

Over the past two decades, more than 2,200 community members have completed CERT training, gaining the knowledge and skills needed to prepare for emergencies, support their neighbors, and strengthen our community's ability to respond when disasters occur.

We were honored to welcome current and former CERT members, their families, elected officials, and community partners to celebrate these achievements at our Fire Training Center. The event provided an opportunity to reconnect, share memories, learn about future training opportunities, and recognize the thousands of volunteers who have contributed to the success of this program.

Thank you to every CERT graduate, instructor, volunteer, and supporter who has helped make this program a success over the last 20 years. Your commitment to preparedness and service continues to make the San Ramon Valley a safer place for everyone.
