The District is proud to support San Ramon Valley schools and non-profit organizations in their fundraising efforts by donating private fire engine visits as auction offerings. A private fire engine visit consists of a one-hour visit from on-duty firefighters to a residence or other local venue within the District. The visit entails a tour of the fire engine and photos with the crew and is appropriate for birthday parties or other children's gatherings such as a mothers' group event.
Any school or non-profit organization within the boundaries of the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District (or serves it's population) is eligible to receive an auction donation. For consideration, please complete the Auction Donation Request Form located below.
Receipt of your request by the District will place it in an award queue. The number of donations offered is limited and are awarded on a first come, first serve basis. Once an award is confirmed, a donation packet is sent to the requesting organization. This packet includes all information needed to offer and award the visit.
